• Support and maintain all PCs of the company and region offices including hardware and software
• Give 2nd level support by remote access connection or on-site
• Use Computer Associates Service Desk programme’s standarts is defined
• Respond and solve problems with customer satisfaction on time
• Supply to take uninterrupted support and reply the request for user in site of company
• Support user problems on-call by phone support or solve on-side
• Supply to uninterrupted connection between users’, printers and servers 
  
  
  

• Newly graduated with min. 2 years University degree (under graduate) in computer hardware or software.
• Technical skill of PC / Laptop hardware, network and connection equipments
• Intel based Computer Hardware architecture and Software knowledge
• Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Office applications konwledge
• Infrastructure connectivity and Local Area Network & Wide Area Network (LAN & WAN) knowledge
• Able to give 24*7 support
