• Raise & Follow up Trouble reports with vendors for necessary problem escalation.
• Creation of new APN requests as received from Planning, Marketing and/or Sales teams.
• Ensuring a smooth transition between PS Core Planning and Operations covering areas such as 
  • Equipment provisioning for existing and new platforms
  • Configuration Management
• Responsible for PS Core Performance management on a daily basis.
• Perform daily Operations activities with Regional OMC & Maintenance teams for 2G & 3G configuration changes.
• Follow up all alarms generated within the PS Domain on a daily basis to detect hardware or software issues.
• Perform tests for new applications before live implementation.
• Be available on-site in critical works and analyze the problems that may occur.
• Provide consultancy in the area of Optimum Network architectures.

• Engineering degree in Electronics & Communications,
• Very good understanding of 3GPP specifications relevant to PS Domain,
• 5-8 years of experience in the PS Domain,
• Very good experience with Routing concepts and IP Protocols,
• Experience with NSN SGSN and/or Ericsson GGSN,
• Very good knowledge of Shell scripting,
• Fluent in English (reading & writing),
• Capable of performing individually and as well as part of a team.
