• Responsible to conduct services purchasing activities in line with technical specifications, from foreign and local markets.
• Analyze the necessity of items required, from reliable suppliers, with internal stakeholders and deliver savings targets
• Engage and communicate with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Carry out Project Management and Order Management
• Manage and follow up Contract Management and Supplier Performance Management
• Manage and analyze yearly budget of related area of responsibility, provide support on budget preparation and regular review in terms of budget responsibility
• Develop positive relationship and work closely with internal stakeholders, and Suppliers
• Provide input to Finance Function and necessary reports.
• Lead negotiation and conclusion of contracts with suppliers

• University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or Management
• Cross cultural/cross functional experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-starter, results-driven, self motivated, mobility, and strong problem-solving skills
• Technical knowledge of Property Services / FM, CRM services and outsourcing activities
• Confidence to work with higher level people in internal stakeholders and Vendors
