CPN MONITORING ENGINEER (Ref:GRF-CNPME)

Job Description :

We are searching for a CPN MONITORING ENGINEER role for one of the leading multinational companies in telecommunication sector.

The purpose of the role is to monitor alarms related with entire CPN network and take necessary actions to resolve the problem on a 7/24 basis
To inform & escalate problems to L2 according to pre-determined workflows
To communicate and redirect problems to other groups in case the probable cause is located in other domains
To collect logs and traces in order to support the resolution of the problems

Qualifications :

University degree in Electronic, Computer, Mathematics or Telecommunication Engineering
Good technical background of IP network technologies
At least 2 years of experience in IP Network toubleshooting activities
Basic understanding of Data Network Security
Basic understanding of GSM, GPRS, VOIP & Signaling
Technical qualification in a network related subject and relevant accreditations from network supplier
Hands-on experience with router and switch configuration produced by various vendors
Excellent oral and written command of English
Adaptable for flexible working time
Military services completed for male candidates
