We are seeking "Financial Controller”, mainly responsible for "International Operations” for our client who is a globally networked executive search and human capital solutions, specialized in finding talent for emerging markets and business critical roles.
Financial Controller - International Operations is responsible for the delivery of weekly and monthly management accounts reporting, sales ledger and bank reconciliations. The role will mainly be responsible to provide support to the Global Operations Director in terms of financials.

Complete, timely and accurate Monthly Management Accounts

Annual Statutory Accounts preparation including tax computations for Turkey

Annual budget preparation and re - forecasting

Processing of 3rd party invoices for Turkey

Full responsibility for the reconciliation of all bank transactions ensuring that these are accurately reflected in the company books

VAT reconciliations and ensuring the timely and accurate payment of those liabilities within Turkey operation

Maintenance of the Financial Accounting systems ensuring that the ledgers truly reflect the performance of the business

Maintenance of systems of internal control and fraud mitigation

Representation of the Finance function within the business including attendance at monthly performance review calls.

Liason with external bodies such as Auditors and Banks
-
Representing Finance in all Project work |
