• Single accountable to manage and deliver technology projects within agreed time, scope and cost.
• Kick off projects approved by governance body defined in the process 
• Build a project team from internal and external resources that shall deliver the project
• Define and manage stakeholders of the project within the company
• Manage financials, scope of the project to 3rd parties (partners) and vendors 
• Manage analysis, design, development & test, deployment and closure phases
• Coordinate all project members and manage all project tasks
• Manage changes throughout the project and execute change request process
• Take or escalate key decisions of the projects to ensure timely progress
• Develop a project plan and commit a deadline to business owners within a timely manner
• Execute appropriate phasing of the project

• University degree
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT/Telco sector
• Very good command of English
• Project management experience in CRM,billing and business intelligence projects 
• Planning and knowledge management via structured tools i.e. project server, MS Projects
• Oral and written presentation skills
• Time management and negotiation skills
• Facilitation and coaching
• Contract management
