• To perform planning and design of 2G&3G CS Core network domain based on business requirements
• To assess the necessity of Core Network Hw/Sw upgrades in order meet business requirements and make execution plans accordingly
• To contribute special Core projects like MSS Pooling, SGW integration, CSDB integration, VoIP migration, AoIP integration,etc.
• To propose optimization and modification of existing and new services provided through the core network.
• To monitor Core network utilization measurements and propose expansions when required, Planning of the interconnection points, standard parameters signalling and/or voice routing of the new equipments to integrate the existing core network
• Naming, numbering, determining parameters for the new equipments to integrate the existing core network
• Following up and testing the new technologies with vendors
• Planning of signaling and voice traffic routing
• High level voice network design and signaling network design

• University degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering
• Mininum 8 years experience in CS Core Planning & Operations
• Strong technical knowledge in CS Core Network Planning, Design & Optimization and 3GPP technical specifications
• Good knowledge on CS Core Network Features.
• Good overall knowledge of Mobile network architecture and 2G/3G protocol stacks and messages like MAP, SCCP,TCAP, other SS7 messages, TCP/IP concepts, GTP, GRE, DCCA,etc.
• Expertise level hands-on experience in NSN MSS/MGW and HLR
• Proven experience in implementing VoIP @ CS Core, AoIP, MSS Pooling
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in English
• A self-starter with high levels of self motivation, energy and initiative
