Troubleshoot with the Backhaul(PTN& Microwave) network problems according to defined SLAs

Investigate and identify the generic problems and deciding severity level of these problems and result of these progress raised Service Request (SR) or WOR to the relevant Vendor or internal departments.

Provide support to 2nd Line CM & Performance team, to handle network upgrades and SW corrections. Transfer know-how to site operation departments to include them in the process.

Support other groups in Tx Backhaul (PTN& Microwave) NEs related issues such as FLM & Monitoring, 2nd Line CM & Performance, PC & CS Core Team, Test & Acceptance Teams and Network Optimization Teams to ensure the service assurance.

Provide 7x24 On-call Support for the operation supports

Perform acceptance test for the Tx Backhaul(PTN& Microwave) NEs to support operations department

Significant Work experience in telecom sector with hands on Tx Backhaul(PTN& Microwave) networks, with a good understanding of GSM /BSS /UMTS

Graduate from Electronic or Telecommunications engineering

Strong analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task

Self motivated and ability to motivate other team members

Experience with vendor of mobile networks equipment provider in the NSP(Network Support Program) team or working in a 2G & 3G Wireless operator.

At least 5 Years Experience of GSM.

Significant knowledge of Tx Backhaul (PTN& Microwave) NE equipments Features & tools.

Good command of English.

Extensive experience checking and analyzing the databases associated with the of Tx Backhaul (PTN& Microwave).

Ability to gather and use detailed information to analyze the problem using the appropriate tools and programs such as Transmission Test equipments (SDH/IP/ATM/E1 Analyzer)

Understanding and analyzing of Tx Backhaul(PTN& Microwave) NEs Performance counters

Basic knowledge of Unix, SQL

Have Good knowledge about TCP/IP and MPLS protocols and networking
