• Accountable and responsible for taking into count all level changes in the Transmission network.
• Accountable and responsible to represent RAN Operation section in the organization related Transmission operation related subjects.
• Decision making of the procedures to improve processes used for changes in Transmission network.
• Ensure that all level changes are done using by tools and keeping the logs.
• Provide testing before change and receive the reports relevant sections
• Supervise the reporting of the impacts for all the major changes done at the network

• University degree in relevant fields
• Experience in RAN operations
• Experience in Change management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Affinity with mobile communications technologies
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Very good command of English, Experienced at TX Backhaul network, Communication skills
