• Provide support as competence center for BSS & WRAN Network problems and issues in tune with the other network departments and other NOC departments in the aim of improving the customer experience and reducing problem resolution time to ensure with regard to Network availability, reliability and retainability.
• Provide support to 2nd Line CM & Performance team, to handle network upgrades and SW corrections. Transfer know-how to site operation departments to include them in the process.
• Troubleshoot with the BSS / UTRAN network problems according to defined SLAs
• Investigate and identify the generic problems and deciding severity level of these problems and result of these progress raised Service Request (SR) or WOR to the relevant Vendor or internal departments.
• Troubleshoot with the BSS & WCDMA network problems according to defined SLAs

• Significant Work experience in telecom sector with hands on GSM/GPRS & UMTS networks, with a good understanding of GSM /BSS /UMTS
• Graduate from Electronic or Telecommunications engineering
• Strong analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task
• Good Troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Self motivated and ability to motivate other team members
• Experience with vendor of mobile networks equipment provider in the NSP (Network Support Program) team or working in a 2G & 3G Wireless operator
• At least 5 Years Experience of GSM.
• Very good command of English.
• Good reporting and presentation skills
• Extensive experience checking and analyzing the databases associated with the BSS.
• Ability to gather and use detailed information to analyze the problem using the appropriate tools and programs such as filter commands, TEMS Investigation, Protocol Analyzers Probing tools
• Understanding and analyzing of RAN (BSS, GPRS & UMTS) NEs Performance counters
• Good knowledge of Unix, SQL & Shell scripting
• Have Basic knowledge about TCP/IP protocols and networking
