The ITIL & Project Support Specialist is responsible for all ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Framework implementation in the Technology.

Representation of ITIL Process Management & SA Support department for process implementations in the Domains of Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations and Continual Service Improvement.

Responsible for all project support activities in NW Operations & Service assurance. It will be the main interface (SPOC) to the Technology PMO and all other areas which require project support.

To acts as a consultant in designing ITIL based processes in all technology functions. |
