Responsible for the suitable implementation of ITIL processes into major operational processes.

To deliver all ITIL based capabilities like Change, Configuration, SLA/OLA (Service/Operational Level Agreement) Management and Knowledge Management to assure a first class service quality.

Responsible for tracking the SLA/OLA achievements and to initiate required actions to improve the required working quality.

To develop, introduce and monitor the services to deliver measurement and reporting of service improvements and responsible for Continuous Service Improvement. |
