Responsible for the suitable implementation of ITIL processes into major operational processes.

To deliver all ITIL based capabilities like Change, Configuration, SLA/OLA (Service/Operational Level Agreement) Management and Knowledge Management to assure a first class service quality.

To develop, introduce and monitor the services to deliver measurement and reporting of service improvements and responsible for Continuous Service Improvement.

Responsible for for the Technology-wide E2E Services’ Change Management process design and implementation.

Responsible for making available to all respective organisations (like NW, Technolgy Development, IT, etc) the required documentation of all NW Elements and IT Components. |
