SERVICE ENGINEERS (Ref:GRF-SE-01)

Job Description :

Our client is the sole distributor of a world leader in the design and manufacture of high quality generating sets which are widely used by industry and commerce for standby and emergency power.

Prompt response to customer needs/ requests for maintenance and repair
Evaluating and resolving technical problems
Supervising technicians in servicing and repairing equipment
Proactive customer coverage offering product support solutions
Pre-sales support to generating set sales prospects, commissioning and start-up of new installations

Qualifications :

University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
3+ year relevant experience in generator or relevant product groups
Good command of written & spoken English
Literate in MS Office Applications
Customer focus
Analytical approach
Action oriented, strong interpersonal & communication skills, team player
Having a valid driving license & no obstacles for traveling
Completed military service for male applicants
